Channel Dynamics - Portal Access Rules

Welcome to the Channel Dynamics Client Portal (the “Portal”). Access to this Portal is provided pursuant to the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) or institutional license agreement executed between Channel Dynamics and your employer firm.

By logging in or accessing Research Materials, you agree to the following operational access rules:

Individual Account Access

Your login credentials are assigned strictly to you. You may not share your account credentials, passcodes, or active portal sessions with colleagues, trading desks, or third parties.

Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use

All research reports and materials (“Research Materials”) are the proprietary property of Channel Dynamics. You may not:

1. Systematically extract, web-scrape, or bulk-download Research Materials.
2. Upload, input, or process Channel Dynamics Research Materials into any public or unvetted third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) model, Large Language Model (LLM), or machine learning system.
3. Re-distribute Research Materials outside your firm except as permitted under your firm’s MSA.

Platform Telemetry

As detailed in our Portal Privacy Notice, Channel Dynamics logs report opens, document downloads, and login IP addresses strictly to enforce licensing terms, maintain security, and fulfill legal and regulatory compliance obligations.

Governance

In the event of any conflict between these Access Rules and your employer’s executed MSA with Channel Dynamics, the terms of the MSA shall govern and control.
